Traditional chicken piccata - seared breast of chicken in a lemon caper white wine sauce. Served with market house salad with homemade parmesan croutons with balsamic vinaigrette, buttermilk mashed potatoes, charred broccolini with lemon and garlic, and tiramisu for dessert.
Pan seared salmon - with a lemon dill cream sauce. Served with market house salad with homemade parmesan croutons with balsamic vinaigrette, wild rice, roasted fresh seasonal asparagus, and traditional cheesecake with fresh seasonal berries for dessert.
Sage and brown butter ravioli - ravioli with brown butter, crispy sage, shaved parmesan, roasted butternut squash and pine nuts. Served with market house salad with homemade parmesan croutons with balsamic vinaigrette, oven-herbed roasted potatoes, seasoned roasted baby carrots, and fresh seasonal fruits and berries for dessert.
